Tuna and Rice

2 cans Albacore tuna
½ large green and red peppers
¼ onion
Butter
1 cup cream
½ cup peaches
Cooked rice
Sauté Albacore tuna, peppers and onion in butter. Add cream and cook until slightly thickened. Add sliced peaches. Cook till warm. Pour over rice..
